Support Service Specialist - Pasadena
Our client, a large bank, is looking for a Support Service Specialist.
On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for preparing estimated HUDS, packaging loan documents for notary signings, setting up signing appointments, and balancing to lender funding and disbursing per written instructions.
To be qualified for this position, individuals must:
-Have refinance escrow experience
-Be excellent at multitasking
-Be computer savvy
-Have a minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience
