Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Entry - Customer Service Clerk for our client in Pasadena, Ca.
The ideal candidate for our client will:
-Will have experience in customer service.
-Answering phones and preparing the necessary paperwork within the mortgage industry.
-Can work with all levels of personnel - including communicating with customers on the status of the returns.
-Can work with different departments in the company.
-Has experience working in a mortgage/banking environment.
-Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel - can type 40 wpm.
